Terms and Conditions

• The event period starts from 1^st January 2025 to 31st December 2025, based on the record of the Organizer's server.
• Each phone number can be used to register the Lancôme Signature Trial Experience once within year 2025.
• Participants will receive a confirmation SMS only after the registration is completed. SMS would be regarded as invalid if forwarded, all gifts and offers would automatically be considered as forfeited by Participant. For enquiries, please send an inbox message to Lancôme Hong Kong Facebook page along with your registered personal information for follow-up.
• Participants should ensure the information submitted is correct and accurate. If anyone is found to submit false information, or is suspected of using empty or fake account, or disrupt or manipulate this activity by using any programs, the Organizer shall have the right to disqualify the participant from redeeming the offer without further notice.
• The gifts are non-exchangeable, non-returnable nor non-refundable.
• Participants must redeem the offer in person at the specified location during the specified period. If a participant fails to redeem the service within the designated period, the reserved service will be automatically cancelled and the participant shall raise no objection. The service is non-transferrable.
• Reservation should be made two days in advance. Reservation on the same day or for the day after will not be entertained.
• The information provided by participants for this activity and the submission time are based on the data received by the Organizer's server. Lancôme will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to submission delay, loss, transmission error or recognition problem due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
• Participants understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this activity. Participants also agree that their works might be published by Lancôme.
• Participants agree their personal information, including and limited to information submitted above such as name and surname, phone number etc., which are collected by Lancôme only for the purpose of communication related to this activity. Lancôme will not disclose the above data and information unless the data controller specified.
• Participants should ensure that their submissions will not violate any right of any third party, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy or other personal or proprietary right. Participants should be responsible for any consequences arising from posting and publishing their works.
• If a participant is found to submit any content that is infringing, threatening, false, misleading, inflammatory, libellous, an invasion of privacy, obscene, pornographic, abusive, discriminating, unlawful, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, infringing the rights of a third party, give rise to civil liability, or violate any law, the Organizer shall have the right to disqualify this participant and remove his/her work. The participant should be responsible for any consequences arising from posting and publishing their work.
• Lancôme reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes, including suspending, amending or terminating the activity and its terms and conditions without further notice.
